Return and Refund
We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. You can require a refund in 14 days after receiving the items, but you will be responsible for the return delivery fee. Please note that we do not issue refund for bespoke custom-made items.
Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photo(s) for any quality issues.
Our customer service team will provide you return address with detailed instructions.
Put the item(s) in the original package and send it/ them according to the return instruction given.
Once we have receive your package, we will process the refund or exchange immediately.
– The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelleries, and accessories (except bags).
– Contact us within 14 days starting from the day you have received your order. We will not issue any refund if you contact us after this period of time. All returns must be assessed with our staff before being send back to us.
– Returned items must be in unused condition with the original package. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
– We cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to us – any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
– The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
